Charissa and Cass are busily prepping for their destination wedding which is now less then a month away. I photographed their engagement back in the early days of this very long winter, when snow falling was still breathtaking and the temperatures weren’t -40c. In fact, I welcomed this beautiful storm as it settled in just as we started our session. The huge flakes gave our images just a little bit of wintery magic. We began their session at the childhood playground where they met as children and ended our session under the bridge were they met again as adults. I love being able to incorporate a little of a couple’s history into images. It was the perfect beginning and the perfect end of a winter session.
(And now I’m happy to say that I think spring is finally here to stay in Edmonton!)
Have a wonderful wedding in Jamaica, Charissa and Cass!
Cheers,
Kelsy
