For weeks I’ve been meaning to do a posting of Violet’s First Six Months- but this summer has been so busy. The wedding season always goes by so fast but with a baby time is truly flying by. Now the newest pictures I’m posting are already a month old and she has already changed since the last ones 🙁

Little Violet- you’ve come so far since you were my little 5 pound baby. You were so small but so strong and healthy. You were our biggest surprise and blessing. Now you’re 7 months and you’re silly and busy and always making me smile. You’re interested in everything and everyone. You have the same love for avocado like your Daddy and love for Jack Johnson like your Mommy. I’ve never met anyone who smiles as much as you do..or anyone who keeps their tongue out as much either! You seem to bring happiness to everyone who meets you- I hope always you keep that trait.

Some day I hope to get through “My Wish” by Rascall Flatts without tearing up and thinking of you. Till then I’ll cry and wish everything for you.
